What to know before you order.
What happens if I do not receive my order confirmation?
Every order placed includes an order confirmation. If you did not receive a confirmation, first check your spam box, sometimes our messages do get caught in your spam filters. If you do not see an email from us anywhere, we may have a mistyped email, or something more serious, like the order did not process. If you did not receive a confirmation from us, please contact us immediately, and we can get your issue resolved immediately.
