Do I have to call for a pickup?
We will not remove a container without your prior confirmation, the date on your email is only when the rental period ends, not when your dumpster will be removed.
You have an initial rental period with all of your rentals, they typically range from 1-30 days, depending on the location.
We will never remove your container without getting your prior confirmation.
You will receive a text message, email, or a phone call the day prior to your removal. At this point, you can let us know if you'd like the bin removed, swapped for a new one, or kept onsite longer for a daily rental fee.
If we do not hear a response from you after our inquiry, we will assume you want to keep the bin longer and check in again after some time has passed. But please note, you most likely will be charged a daily rate until the container is removed. So please respond to us, so we know how to proceed.
